  15. The ``compiler needed'' is a FAQ. It's answered in a late chapter of the FAQ
  16. list of this newsgroup, somewhere under the heading ``Tools'' or something like
  17. that. It answers all kinds of ``where can I get...'' questions, such as, where
  18. can I get a lint program, source code formatter, etc. If you had read the FAQ,
  19. you would already be downloading what you need as I write this.
